Buzz is now accepting applications for the second meat-cutting apprenticeship program, scheduled to begin January 2022. Registered with the U.S. Department of Labor, completion of this program will result in a Journeyman’s certificate. Not only will apprentices receive fabrication training on-site in our existing facility, they have opportunities to gain experience with retail butcher shop applications, distribution, and food service applications.
