Bruce has more than 40 years of meat-cutting experience (he started before there were child labor laws!).  He and his wife Robin live in beautiful Ansted, WV. Bruce retired Fall of 2021 to spend more time with his family. We already miss him (its still Fall 2021) and hope that he comes back to visit us soon.
