Jim Sturm joined Hy-Grade Sales when he married Norma Hill, daughter of Founder Mark Hill.  When Mark sold his interest in the business to Dick Gould Sr. and Dick Gould Jr., Jim stayed on as a partner and helped to shape the company for the next 20+ years.
