Estavon was the first person that Dick Gould, Jr. hired after purchasing Buzz in 1968.  They worked together for more than 35 years.  Estavon retired in 2012.  This photo appeared in the Charleston Gazette in 2002, accompanied by an article that credited Estavon with applying a pad of butter to more than a million Buzz Buttered Steaks.
